COMMUNICATION POLICY

Meetings

Face to face meeting time is precious. Our commitment to listening ensures that people are encouraged to express their views. In the event that we anticipate being late for a meeting, we will phone to adjust the arrangements.

Telephone

The office is generally attended during business hours. Phone calls are put straight through to the recipient without questions. If the phone is engaged or the office unattended, calls are directed to a message bank. Most calls are returned immediately. Other calls are returned on the same day.

Email

Emails are a terrific way to communicate. Thay allow us to successfully work with clients locally, interstate and internationally. Most emails are addressed on the day received. Emails are kept confidential, and we do not conduct any email marketing.
